Pursuant to clauses 9 (3) and (3A) of the Sixth Schedule
to the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare invalid the election for a staff representative for the Hagley Community College (336) Board of Trustees held on 2 April 2004, require a new election to be held on 2 July 2004, and declare that the trustee holding office on 2 April 2004 remain in office until the close of the day before the day when the
new trustee takes office.
This notice takes effect the day after its publication.
