Pursuant to clauses 9 (3) and (3A) of the Sixth Schedule
to the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare invalid the election for parent representatives for the Palmerston North Boys' High School (202) Board of Trustees held on 2 April 2004, require new elections to be held on 2 July 2004, and declare that the trustees holding office on 2 April 2004 remain in office until the close of the day before the day when the new trustees take office.
This notice takes effect the day after its publication
