Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101 (7) of the Education Act 1989,
I approve Wednesday, 28 July 2004, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the Oteha Valley School Board of Trustees.
I also approve Tuesday, 10 August 2004, as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
