Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Greymouth District Court on
4 May 2004, against Philip Leo Creighton for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1985 Subaru 4WD, Registration No. RG3410.
