Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 4 May 2004, against Carl Allen Craigie for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1994 Subaru Legacy, Registration No. BTJ848.
