Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of St. Joseph's School (2676), Dannevirke, and appoint a commissioner to the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of St. Joseph's School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on 19 May 2004, the day after the date of the board's annual meeting.
