Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, Plastics and Materials Processing Industry Training Organisation is granted an extension of coverage to cover the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector (excluding compounding of medicines in community and hospital pharmacies) effective from 19 February 2004.
