Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of Kendal School (3395) and appoint a commissioner to the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Kendal School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on 14 May 2004, the day after the annual meeting of the board of trustees.
