Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of Little River School (3418) and appoint a commissioner to the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Little River School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the day after publication.
