Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 May 2001, which was granted under those Regulations to Seth James Fawcet in respect of Marantha Early Learning Centre (55276), situated at 29 Wai-iti Crescent, Lower Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
