Notice is hereby given that on 29 April 2004, an order was made by the Wairoa District Court, pursuant to the Sentencing Act 2002, for the confiscation the following motor vehicle owned by Vincent Hakopa Waihi:
1989 Mitsubishi V3000, Registration No. ZS7716.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
