Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Greymouth District Court on
24 February 2004, against Cory John Downing for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1992 Mazda 626 station wagon, Registration No. RQ1713.
