Pursuant to section 156A of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby declare that Hibiscus Coast Intermediate School (6931) and Whangaparaoa College (6763) will merge on 28 January 2005.
Whangaparaoa College will be the continuing school and will provide education for Year 7 to 13 students as from
that day.
