Pursuant to clause 9 (1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularity in connection with the election of parent representatives for the Auroa School (2152) Board of Trustees.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
