Pursuant to Regulation 47 (2) (a) of the Domestic Violence (Programmes) Amendment Regulations 2002, the Secretary for Justice is pleased to appoint
Linda Anne Biddle, court manager, Manukau
as chairperson of the National Domestic Violence Approval Panel, replacing Anthony John Fisher, for the period commencing on the date of publication of this notice and expiring with the close of 31 July 2005.
