The notice titled Annual Cost of Borrowing, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 1991, page 3867, and amended by Amendment to the Annual Cost of Borrowing Notice, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 January 2003, No. 5, page 170, is further amended by:
(i) deleting after the words
"operational activities"
in line nine, the words
"plus an amount equal to the guaranteed reimbursement by the Ministry of Education
for information and communications technology equipment lease costs".
This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
