2. Public ruling BR Pub 04/03 entitled "Fringe benefit tax and motor vehicle multi-leases" was issued on 29 March 2004. BR Pub 04/03 applies from 29 March 2004 to
28 March 2009. It will appear in Inland Revenue's Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 16, No. 3, of April 2004.
