Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of Pukemiro School (1905) and appoint a commissioner for the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Pukemiro School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on 5 May 2004.
