Pursuant to section 82 of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act
2003, I hereby establish, as from the commencement of
15 December 2003, four Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunals to exercise the jurisdiction created by that Act.
Two tribunals will be established at Auckland, one at Wellington and one at Christchurch.
The four Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunals will be administered from a central registry in the Tribunal Units Auckland office.
