Notice is hereby given that on 18 September 2003, an order was made by the Wairoa District Court, pursuant to the Sentencing Act 2002, for the confiscation the following motor vehicle owned by Shane David Bell:
1990 Ford Telstra, Registration No. PJ1748.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
