I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 5 February 2004, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Manukau Power Limited from the Register of Companies on 21 July 2000 pursuant to section 318 the Companies Act 1993)
with rights as grantee under memorandum of transfer C. 548464.22, North Auckland Land Registry, which transfer created an electricity easement in gross over
the land herein marked "L" on Deposited Plan 156744, registered against certificate of title NA117A/172, North Auckland Land Registry.
