Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 9 March 2004, against Celia Katraina Hindle for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1994 Mazda Familia, Registration No. BHA611.
