Transpower New Zealand Limited
Pursuant to section 59 (2) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance hereby gives notice that:
"On 23 December 2003, I, The Honourable Dr Michael John Cullen, Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Crown, gave a guarantee to Transpower New Zealand Limited in relation to certain tortious liabilities that could arise from being System Operator under the Electricity Governance Regulations 2003."
