Pursuant to section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I publish the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Kingslea School Board of Trustees Notice 2004. This notice shall take effect on the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. The Kingslea School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:
? Up to three members appointed by the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services;
? up to two members appointed by the Minister of Education;
? the head teacher/principal of the school;
? one staff member elected by and from the staff of the school; and
? up to two members may be co-opted by the board taking into account the competencies and skills necessary for an effective board.
3. The Kingslea School Board of Trustees Notice 2001 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 March 2001, page 620, is hereby revoked.
