The notice of appointment of a limited statutory manager at Russell School (2983) (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 2003, page 948) is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.
This action is a consequence of the Secretary for Education's decision to dissolve the Russell School Board of Trustees and appoint a commissioner for the school, pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act.
