Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 111E of the Electoral Act 1993, that the Associate Minister of Justice and the Minister of Maori Affairs have designated the
Tautoko Maori Trust
a charitable trust incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 as a suitable organisation to receive information described in section 111E (2) of the Act, for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a register or registers of iwi affiliations.
