Under section 160 (3) of the Land Transport Act 1998,
I give notice of the application by me of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001).
This rule was made by me on 25 February 2003 and its commencement was suspended until it was applied by me, by notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
This rule comes into force on 5 April 2004.
This rule is available for inspection free of charge at the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority of
New Zealand, 7-27 Waterloo Quay, Wellington, and for purchase at bookshops that sell legislation or direct from Wickliffe Limited, P.O. Box 932, Dunedin.
