Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 10 February 2004, against Matthew Lindsay Henke for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1995 Honda Rafaga, Registration No. BSM455.
