Pursuant to section 24C (1) of the Judicature Act 1908, the Chief Justice has nominated
Justice John Hugh Williams
as Supervising Judge of the Commercial List.
The Chief Justice has also nominated, under section 24C (2) of the Judicature Act 1908,
Justice Barry John Paterson
Justice Rodney Harold Hansen
Justice Peter Maxwell Salmon
to assist the Supervising Judge.
The nominations take effect from 19 December 2003.
