Pursuant to section 9 of the Commerce Act 1986, Her Excellency, the Right Honourable Dame Sian Elias, the Administrator of the Government, has been pleased to appoint

to be Chair of the Commerce Commission for a period of three years commencing on 17 December 2003; and
pursuant to section 9 of the Commerce Act 1986, Her Excellency, the Right Honourable Dame Sian Elias, the Administrator of the Government, has been pleased to appoint
David Francis Caygill of Christchurch
to be a member and Deputy Chair of the Commerce Commission for a period of five years commencing on
17 December 2003.
