Notice of Requirement to Remove Registered Bank's Name From the Reserve Bank Register
Pursuant to Section 71 (2) of the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand Act 1989
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 71 (1) of
the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, BTMA has given notice to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand of its requirement for the Reserve Bank of New Zealand to remove its name from the Register on the 1st day of March 2004.
The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. will, under its own name, continue to conduct banking business in New Zealand as a branch operation located in Auckland.
