Notice of Unclaimed Benefits
The trustees of the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand Retirement Savings Plan advise that they have been unable to contact some of the members who are entitled to receive payment under the plan, the wind up of which is close to completion.
If you are entitled to receive a benefit but have not claimed this benefit from the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand Retirement Savings Plan, you are urged to do so without delay.
The trustees of the plan give notice that you have until the 20th day of February 2004 to claim the benefit.
If the benefit is not claimed from the trustees by that date, the trustees will pay your benefit (together with accrued interest and less expenses) to the Crown under section 77 of the Trustee Act 1956.
To claim your benefit, you must contact the trustees of the plan by the 20th day of February 2004, at care of P.O. Box 606, Wellington (Attention: Val Murray).
