Take notice that on the 12th day of May 2004, Bridgecorp Finance Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage D. 626089.3 (North Auckland Registry) upon the
property situated at 45A Clayburn Road, Glen Eden, Auckland, being all the land comprised in Computer Register NA1002/60, entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
