Notice is given that on the 26th day of February 2004, Bridgecorp Residential Limited, the mortgagee under memorandum of mortgage M. 5610438.3 entered into possession of the mortgaged property described below pursuant to a Court order dated the 20th day of February 2004.

The Description of the Mortgaged Property is: All the property contained in certificate of title NA135A/155, Lot 31, D.P. 206579, North Auckland Registry.
