Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Stephen Charles Grey, liquidator of Jairam Holdings Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at First Floor, 230 Great South Road, Papatoetoe, hereby give notice, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, that it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar
of Companies is no later than the 25th day of March 2004.
