Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register

Address of Registered Office: Level Six, 369 Queen Street, Auckland.
The above-named solvent company, having sold its business and having ceased to operate, was placed in liquidation on the 5th day of April 2002.
Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) will be sent to the Registrar after 30 days from the date of this notice.
Objections to the removal, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
