Notice of Intention to Apply for Transfer of Registration of Company
Red Energy Limited intends to apply, in accordance with section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated in Victoria, Australia.
This application will be made after written notice from the Commissioner of Inland Revenue is received stating that
the Commissioner has no objection to Red Energy Limited being removed from the New Zealand Register, such application date being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
