Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register Anderson Holdings (Wanganui) Limited (in liquidation), which has its registered office at 233 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, by request, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is
the 19th day of December 2004.
