I hereby advise I have requested the Registrar of Companies to remove the above-named company from the Register.
The request is made in accordance with section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that I have delivered to the Registrar the final liquidation reports.
An objection to this request must be made to the Registrar, under section 321 of the Act, by the 28th day of January 2005.
