Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Companies From the Overseas Register
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Company Nos.: 939579 and 932616 respectively
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Diving Solutions Pty Limited (New Zealand branch) and Scuba Industries of Australia Pty Limited (New Zealand branch) from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that these companies have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 25th day of February 2005 (being a date not less than three months from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
