Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 351 of the Companies Act 1993
Caterpillar New Zealand Funding Company hereby gives notice that it intends, after the 27th day of January 2005 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date this notice is published), to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Bermuda.
