Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that it is intended, after the 13th day of December 2004, to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Morris Linens Limited ("the company") from
the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
