Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of G G Ferguson Limited:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company
be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged fully its liabilities to known creditors and distributed any surplus assets.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar no later than the 2nd day of November 2004.
