Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Auckland Institute of English Studies Limited:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (d), on the grounds that the company has never traded, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 30th day of September 2004.
