Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland after the 8th day of September 2004, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Adhesif Labels Limited, whose registered office is situated at 19 Smales Road, East Tamaki, Auckland, from the
New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia.
