Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Companies Register
Awatere Irrigation Limited, a company having its registered office at TVA Lock Limited, 52 Scott Street, Blenheim, intends to apply for removal from the New Zealand Companies Register on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days after the date of this notice.
This notice has been prepared by the solicitors for the company, Gascoigne Wicks, 79 High Street, Blenheim.
