Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Mark van Rossem, liquidator of Manned Cherrypicker Hire Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 3 Basque Road, Eden Terrace, Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend to request the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993.
The request will be made on the grounds that the company ceased to carry on its business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed
its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is the 31st day of August 2004.
