Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Application to remove the above-named company, having its registered office at Bell Gully, Level Twenty-two, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland, will be made to the Deputy Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice, this company will be removed from the Register.
