Notice of Intention to Apply to Deregister the
Above-named Company From Carrying on Business
in New Zealand as an Overseas Company
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, under the said section 341 (1) (a), that the directors of the above-named company propose
to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on or about three months from the date of this notice, pursuant to section 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, to deregister the company from carrying on business in New Zealand as an overseas company.
The grounds of the application are that the company does not (and never has) "carry on business" in New Zealand as that term is defined in section 332 of the Companies Act 1993.
