Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
The liquidator of PMB Investments Limited, having its registered office at 26 Canon Street, Timaru, hereby gives notice that, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993, the company will be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
Any objection to this removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of this notice.
